Title: Direct Contact Coordinator

Job Summary

The Direct Contact Coordinator is responsible for aiding in the execution of client eCampaigns.


  • Helps manage eCampaign Tracker and Podio job flow
  • Helps facilitate eCampaign jobs between Account Team and Graphics departments (live and spec)
  • Proofs eCampaign jobs in Podio
  • Creates and sends weekly eCampaign snapshot emails to Account Team
  • Assists with client meeting prep process and ensures that eCampaign items are provided
  • Updates the weekly metrics spreadsheet used for tracking results
  • Works with Account Team each month/week on which campaigns will be pick-ups and communicates the information to Graphics department
  • Assists with eCampaign reports formatting
  • Assists with sending eCampaign reports and sales matches to the clients each week
  • Helps communicate with vendors on eCampaign jobs
  • Acts as backup for others in department when they are out


  • College degree in Marketing or related field
  • Data analysis experience a plus
  • Strong attention to details
  • Great organizational and learning skills
