How to bring top-of-mind awareness to a dealership’s website is a creative challenge. Our design for the Dueling Digital TV commercial was to play off the banjo scene from the movie Deliverance – and play up the Pickin’ N Clickin’ parallel. The banjo music score was original pickin’ and the response with computer keyboard clickin’ for the first half of the commercial engages the audience for the URL pay off. The response according to Matt O’Daniel has been great, as he said, “A real clutter-cutter, just jumps off the screen!” Memorable commercials are those with audio and visual devices that viewers look forward to seeing and easily recalling.
