Get ready for a great ride. We are entering into what appears to be the good times of the car business. However, having overcome many bad years caused by the recession all indicators point that we better take advantage of it while we can.
Here are the greatest points I have learned about what can happen in these good times:
“Bad Habits Form When Times Are Good.”
“You Do Not Work As Hard Because You Think Things Should Come Easier.”
“You Take Your Eye off Expenses and Then They Bury You.”
“You Take For Granted Good Traffic and Work Your Opportunities Less Than In A Bad Market.”
“You Think You Can Be Less Aggressive in Advertising Because More Buyers Are There.”
All of these five sayings can make your good times less than good when compared to your competitors if you allow them. Don’t lose sight of what can happen when times aren’t so good.
