There are just over 50 selling days not counting Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day left through January 4th. Starting in mid-November for nearly all the manufacturers, the big Year End sales themes will hit the airwaves and digital devices with record dollars spent for exposure. Included in this time period are the Black Friday weekend and a final Year End Sale that set up as good as you could ever imagine. Whether 2014 will close out as a boom or a bust is your choice – you can hope it happens or make it happen! Your game plan to let the market know you are a player needs to be in place or nearing finalization for November and December. The competition for the consumers’ attention and how they will spend the added cash that comes with the end of the year will be mind-boggling by the national retailers. Gear up, prepare to win and that “Happy” in front of New Year will be for real!
