You know what I saw while walking through a shopping mall this week? Christmas decorations! The average person would have probably wondered what happened to Halloween, much less Thanksgiving, but as a car guy I had a totally different reaction.
I looked at my calendar and saw that retailers are facing a shopping season a week shorter than last year. They aren’t taking any chances and neither should car dealers. Thanksgiving is late this year, falling on the 28th and Christmas is in the middle of the fourth week in December.
It’s time to look ahead at your spending plans and make sure you don’t get lost in the first of November or December. The “Shop Early” message is going to be everywhere.
