This afternoon’s “Words of Wisdom” can be summed up with one word…
GOALS
Any business that does not set goals is ultimately setting itself up for failure. Whether you run a car dealership, ad agency, fast food chain or a hardware store, without goals you won’t have a clear direction you are heading in and no way to gauge your ultimate success.
I believe that you need goals as a company.
I believe you need goals for each and every employee.
And most importantly I believe you need goals for yourself.
Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes but the perfect employee is the one who walks in and wants to be better every day.
