It helps brands respond faster, sell smarter, and engage audiences in real time – all without needing a full tech team behind the curtain. 

For dealerships, that means a new way to nurture leads and guide buyers through every stage of the sales funnel – from first click to final purchase – with AI that works 24/7. 

Meta’s AI Business Assistant: Campaign Optimization Made Easy 

Meta also unveiled its AI Business Assistant, a built-in chat experience within Ads Manager and Business Support Home. This feature gives advertisers immediate, AI-driven support to help optimize campaigns, resolve account issues, and manage ad spend. 

The assistant’s Opportunity Score Tool grades how well a campaign is performing on a 0–100 scale and offers clear, actionable steps to improve results. For smaller marketing teams or busy dealerships, this kind of real-time coaching can make all the difference – turning guesswork into strategy and time-consuming troubleshooting into instant progress. 

The assistant is currently available to select businesses, with broader rollout expected in 2026. 

Creative Power with Generative AI 

Meta’s expansion of its Advantage+ suite brings new creative muscle to advertisers everywhere. The updates include AI-generated music for video ads, AI dubbing for multilingual audiences, and persona-based image generation that produces multiple ad versions tailored to specific demographics. 

These tools help brands test new messages, reach diverse audiences, and maintain consistent creative quality without the cost or time of traditional production. For dealerships promoting seasonal offers, new inventory, or regional specials, that means faster turnaround and sharper audience alignment. 

Meta’s push for personalization doesn’t stop there. New AI-powered ad experiences allow users to virtually try on products from ads, while AI stickers create interactive, click-worthy calls-to-action across Facebook Stories, Instagram Reels, and more. These features turn passive scrollers into active shoppers, giving brands more opportunities to capture intent and inspire action. 

Expanding Creator Partnerships 

Meta is also making it easier for brands to find and collaborate with creators. Through the Creator Discovery API, advertisers can now search for creators by audience demographics, engagement rates, and keyword relevance. The Instagram Creator Marketplace API has also expanded, allowing more businesses to connect directly with creators for paid partnerships. 

With AI-recommended collaborations available through the Partnerships Ads Hub, brands can automatically identify creators who align with their goals and audiences – eliminating the guesswork from influencer marketing. This creates new opportunities for dealers and local businesses to showcase their products in authentic, relatable ways that drive engagement.
