Get on the phone and call your customers, you know why? They’re home!
Vacations are over, school’s back in session, it’s an entirely different Monday through Friday rhythm, and weekend traffic is going to be where you score your biggest wins.
On top of that, everything I read talks about pent up demand. But now with more demand on a buyer’s time, especially a ‘family’ buyer, do what you can to make it easier for them. Set up early Saturday appointments, or weekday evening appointments where you bring car to the customer’s home.
The new model year may not be what it was a couple of decades ago, but the excitement of an ‘all new 2012’, that can generate some enthusiasm.
