It reminded me this week how appreciative one should always be for having good business, even when the problems seem to always be in front of you.
For automotive dealers this is a phrase that has great importance. You, more than any retailer will have success along with multiple problems and complaints daily. Remember that this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It is sure better than the alternative.
